Fernland Spa
Fernland Spa Thermal Mineral Springs is Tauranga’s original family owned and operated mineral pools (EST 1968), only a 5 minutes drive from Tauranga city centre. Experience the health benefits of bathing in 100% pure soda, crystal clear non-chlorinated mineral water flowing constantly in all hot pools.
Mount Hot Pools
Located beneath Mt Maunganui, the Mount Hot Pools are the perfect place to sit, relax and enjoy the views of the Mount. There is a choice of heated salt water pools with varying temperatures for your relaxation and enjoyment. Facilities include a toddler’s pool with slide, a passive pool, an active pool for swimming laps, two spa pools and massage therapy. Private pools are also available too.
Oropi Hot Pools
Come, relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery surrounding the Oropi Hot Pools. They have a main pool and private hot pools for you to enjoy. From the pool you can enjoy the relaxing temperatures ranging from 34-35 degrees (summer) 36-37 degrees (winter). The hot water comes from a bore on-site that in 400m deep and it is safe to put your head under water.
Welcome Bay Hot Pools
The natural thermal mineral pools in Welcome Bay are a great place to visit all year round. The main pool and the toddler pool are tepid and comfortable, with a depth of 70cm on one side to 1.2m at the deepest end. The small spa pool is the hottest, at around 39ºC.
