I love my local supermarket. I shop at New World Brookfield, located at 89 Bellevue Road, Brookfield. The customer service is fantastic, they stock a wide variety of food and what I love best is that they have an onsite supervised creche! So you can do your shopping in peace while someone else watches over your little one.
The Playland Creche is open Monday to Friday between 9-3pm and is well stocked with toys, books and fun activities to keep your little one entertained while you’re shopping or enjoying a coffee at the onsite cafe.
The cafe is a great perk too as it offers all your cafe essentials but without the fancy cafe prices. They have started offering full breakfasts on the weekend so you can enjoy a cooked english breakfast, eggs benedict or pancakes at prices that won’t break the bank.
Other great things about this supermarket is they have fresh sushi made onsite, a bakery with fresh products made daily, there’s even a herb garden outside where you pick your own herbs for free, catering available for platters, cakes made to order and an onsite florist.
My favourite items are the home made pizzas, sultana & custard twirls and the pumpkin & chive rolls 🙂
Next time you need to do some food shopping with the little ones, leave them at Playland New World Brookfield, you won’t be disappointed!

Since writing this post, New World Brookfield have decided to remove Playland due to declining numbers. So Playland is no more 🙁
